Welcome to our behaviour page at St Michael's!
Through our policy we aim to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where all are able to flourish and aspire in the love of God.
The children are encouraged through our 4R's Ready, Respectful, Resilient and Responsible to make positive choices in their behaviour in school.
At St Michael's we take a positive approach to behaviour management in school with a focus on 'looking for the good' in all of our children. Please find details of our school reward systems in the leaflet below.
Through positivity, fairness and consistency we nurture the 'whole child' to achieve their full potential, enjoy coming to school and make a valuable contribution to our school community.
Here at St Michael's we place vital importance on listening to our children so they feel heard and their feelings valued.
